No Refund & No Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for any products once a purchase has been completed.
The only exception is if the product arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage
- Include your order number and proof of purchase
- Contact us before attempting to return the item
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds or returns will not be issued for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused after delivery
- Failure to read product descriptions
